1. When I click the button to confirm my purchase, I get
redirected to a page advertising online tickets. What
happened?
This happens because your browser’s session timed out and it
took you to the home page of Ready Theatre Network, the
company we use to process orders. In this case your purchase
did NOT go through and your credit card did not get charged.
It is advised to try the process again.
2. After confirming my purchase, I saw the confirmation page
with barcodes, but I did not receive an email confirmation,
did my purchase go through?
Yes, if you receive either of the confirmations then your
transaction was successful. We would advise printing the
confirmation page if possible and bring it with you to pick
up your tickets.
3. After selecting the show time on the Ready Ticket Network
page, I receive the error “Theatre can not be contacted”
what should I do?
This error occurs when the web server is having trouble
communicating with the theatre server. This error is usually
temporary, but if you would like feel free to contact the
theatre and inform them of the problem. Click here for
