• You MUST bring either the credit card used for the purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name.

• While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theater, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason we strongly urge you to come at least 15-30 minutes early during peak show times.

I have read and accept the above terms and I understand that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time. I will carefully review the date and time information to ensure that I am buying the correct tickets. I will bring either the credit card I am about to use and the printed copy of the email I will receive.

 

ATTENTION: Once on Ready Ticket Network, Do NOT click "purchase tickets" twice or you will likely be double charged.  If you encounter an "unknown error," please do not go back and hit 'purchase tickets" a second time.  Instead we recommend that you wait about 10 minutes and check your email.  If you get an email confirmation, then your purchase should have already taken place.  If you do not get an email confirmation then go back and try a second time.  We're sorry for any inconvenience.
